Built for hotel front desks · Zero audio ever leaves the property
StoreSense listens at the desk the way a great GM would — catching the request that got missed, the complaint that's about to become a review, the upgrade nobody offered. The AI runs entirely on a device sitting at your counter. Raw audio never leaves the building, under any setting.
What's slipping through today
Not because your team is careless — because nobody can be at the desk, in the debrief, and reading reviews at the same time.
"Yeah, the AC's been a little loud." — guest, in passing, 9:40am
↳ Nobody logs it. It becomes a 2-star review at 11pm.
"Do you guys have a spa?" — guest, checking in
↳ Answered "yes," never offered the package. $85 gone, every shift.
"Any chance of a late checkout?" — guest, 6:15am
↳ The GM hears about it at 11am, after the guest already left frustrated.
A tricky walk-in, handled perfectly by a tired night auditor.
↳ Nobody ever finds out — least of all in a performance review.
How it works
The conversation happens exactly like it always does. A mic array on the device picks it up — nothing changes about how your team works.
Speech becomes text on the device itself, in seconds. The audio never touches a network — it can't, there's no path for it to.
Still on the device: request, complaint, upsell opportunity, incident, sentiment — classified by a small AI model running on the hardware in front of you.
Only the structured result reaches your dashboard. The recording is deleted immediately — before the next guest even reaches the desk.
See it happen
Late checkout requested for Sunday, tied to an anniversary stay. Confirmation promised by "tonight" — flagged for follow-up.
Guest asked about the pool with no prompting — a natural moment to mention the spa package. Not offered.
Warm, positive interaction. Anniversary occasion noted — a good candidate for a small welcome gesture.
The privacy rules, in writing
Not under any configuration, not for a "better" analysis, not ever. There is no setting that changes this.
A recording that has been analyzed — or that failed to analyze — has no reason to exist a moment longer. It doesn't.
What syncs to your dashboard is a classification — "request," "complaint," "resolved" — not a transcript, unless you choose otherwise.
Off by default. Turned on only from your property's own recorded consent — never assumed, never silently enabled.
The device resumes on its own after any reboot or power cut — no IT visit required, and nothing left in an inconsistent state.
Results are written locally first, then synced when the network allows. A dropped connection never means dropped data.
One device, one afternoon of setup, and your first daily report tomorrow morning.
